We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session without charge. Package sessions can be rescheduled within the validity period; unused sessions are not refunded but can be transferred to another date.
Are package sessions valid for a limited time?
Yes, the Renewal package is valid for 60 days and the Signature Retreat for 90 days from purchase, giving you flexibility to plan sessions around your schedule.
How do I pay for a session or package?
We accept cash and card payments at our Alexandria location. Packages can be paid in full at the time of purchase, and we'll confirm your first appointment on the spot.
