Hannah Rickman Design offers a curated catalog of hand-embroidered garments, block-printed textiles, and artisanal accessories made from organic cotton, linen, and silk. Each item is described with details about materials, embroidery technique (kantha, block print, zardozi), and care instructions. We do not guarantee exact color reproduction due to natural dye variations and monitor settings.
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order, including your delivery address and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any misuse of the site, including automated scraping or fraudulent transactions, may result in immediate suspension of access.
All content on this website—including product photographs, embroidery pattern descriptions, artisan stories, and editorial text—is owned by Hannah Rickman Design or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any material without prior written consent. Hand-embroidered patterns are original works protected by copyright.
Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. We accept major credit cards and UPI payments. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
We ship within 5–7 business days via registered courier. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except in cases of our error.
Hannah Rickman Design is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products, including allergic reactions to natural dyes or fabric textures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
